Please read the following terms and conditions that relate to this website, the Second Nature Organic delivery service and events.

1. Website information

In using this site, the user understands that the content provided is subject to change without notice.

While we do our best to ensure information is as up to date as possible, neither Second Nature Organics Pty Ltd or its suppliers will be held liable for any inaccuracies found in any of the content on this website.

This website does not provide professional medical or health care advice. A qualified health care provider should be consulted for advice regarding any medical condition.

Links to external information websites are provided for users’ interest only. Second Nature Organics Pty Ltd is not responsible for information, products or services contained on any external sites.

2. Product availability and pricing

Second Nature Organics Pty Ltd reserves the right to regularly change the pricing and availability of all items listed on this site due to market fluctuations.

Users who place an order have the option to allow substitutions, or not, for products which may be unavailable.

While we aim to ensure all information on the website is correct, occassionally products may display with an incorrect price.  If an order is placed for incorrectly priced items, we will contact the customer to advise correct pricing before processing the order. 

3. Online payments

Second Nature Organics Pty Ltd offers secure online payments through a third party merchant service.

The user must pay for the order in full at time of ordering online.

4. Shipping and delivery

Second Nature Organic Pty Ltd uses a third party courier company for delivery of orders. 

The user is responsible for providing full and accurate information at time of ordering to facilitate delivery.  There is opportunity for the user to provide specific, reasonable delivery instructions at the time of ordering (e.g please leave at back door).

The courier will require appropriate access to the property for delivery on a Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.

If the customer is not at the premises at time of delivery, the courier is authorised to leave your order at a location on the property deemed suitable by the courier.

The exact timing of delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Some bulk items may attract additional delivery charges. 

Second Nature Organics Pty Ltd is not liable for any issues related to transport and delivery of goods.

5. Tuesday farm pick up option

Local customers have the option of collecting their orders from the farm at Narangba on Tuesday afternoons.  To take up this option:

  • Orders must be placed by 10pm Sunday
  • Boxes must be collected between 2.00pm and 5.00pm on Wednesdays from the farm at 197 Mackie Road, Narangba Qld 4504

Orders under $80 will be charged a $5 transport fee as orders will be collected from our offsite warehouse on Tuesday mornings. 

Orders over $80 will not be charged for transport.

If you select this option and then cannot collect your order between 2pm - 5pm on Tuesday afternoon, please contact us on 0417 658 596 as soon as possible to advise and organise an alternative. 

All orders are regfrigerated here at the farm until they are collected.

6. Refunds and credits

Refunds or account credits will only be provided in the following circumstances:

  • An item ordered is unavailable and a substitution was not requested or available
  • An item ordered is not packed and delivered
  • The quality of a food item at time of delivery is deemed not suitable for consumption (photographic and/or other evidence would be required in this situation).
  • The condition of a non-food item at time of delivery is damaged or broken (photographic and/or other evidence would be required in this situation).
  • Requests for refunds or credits must be lodged with Second Nature Organics Pty Ltd within 48 hours of delivery. 

Outside of these circumstances, Second Nature Organic Pty Ltd will not be liable for any refunds or credits if the products ordered do not meet expectations.

Second Nature Organics Pty Ltd is not liable for replacement of goods in the event they are stolen or damaged after being delivered to your property.

7. Order cancellations

Orders are packed the day before delivery. An order can be cancelled no later than 7.00am two days prior to delivery (e.g. by 7am Tuesday for Thursday delivery). Orders cancelled after this time may attract a handling charge of up to 20% of the order cost.

8. Events and public access

The farm at Narangba is not open to the public for direct sales of produce.

Second Nature Organics Pty Ltd will host events from time to time and these will be advertised or by invitation.

All visitors to the property should be aware that there are unfenced dams, uneven ground, wildlife and other potential hazards associated with a working farm and the natural environment. Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.

Tour groups and those wishing to hire our farm facilities for their own events will be asked to sign a contract outlining additional terms and conditions. 

9. Privacy policy

The personal information requested and collected via this website as part of account registration, or via other means such as questionnaires and surveys, is submitted with the user’s knowledge and consent.   Second Nature Organics Pty Ltd uses this information to provide an efficient and customised service.  Only relevant information will be provided to third party partners to enable packing, delivery and payment processing. 

Second Nature Organics Pty Ltd will send customers emails to advise of special offers or promotions. Users can opt-out of receiving promotional emails via the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of these emails.

10. Promotions and special offers

From time to time we may offer promotional discounts or special offers which can be utilised by typing a code into the relevant box during the checkout process.  Some discounts or promotions may require a minimum spend.  Only one promotional code can be used per transaction.
