Do you have a shopfront?

No, but we do have occasional farm gate mornings. Follow us on Facebook or sign up to our email list if you would like us to let you know when they are scheduled.

Can I pick up from the farm?

Customers in the Narangba/Moreton Bay area have the option of collecting their organic boxes from our farm on Wednesday afternoons. For further information about this option please see our Terms and Conditions or call Elicia on 0417 658 596.

How do you source the products that you don’t grow on the farm?

We work in partnership with one of Brisbane’s best certified organic wholesalers to get access to hundreds of products from a range of quality certified organic suppliers. 

What is the code I need to use to receive my first order discount?

Enter ORGANIC20 in the Webstore Coupon area of the checkout page to get your discount.

What happens if I’m not home when my box is delivered?

The courier will leave your box according to your instructions (you can tell us where you would like it put when you place your order), or in the best place they are able to access.

Alternatively, you can choose to have it delivered to a work address or other alternate address. We also have a farm-pick up option available on Wednesday afternoons. 

What should I do if there is a problem with my order?

If you have a problem with your order you can email us at hello@secondnatureorganics.com.au or call 0417 658 596 during business hours.

What if I need to cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before the cut off time for the delivery day you've chosen. If you cancel after this time we may need to charge a handling fee of up to 20%.

What is the deal with substitutions?

We do our best to ensure our website is as up to date as possible with available products, however sometimes certain items will become unavailable for reasons beyond our control.  If you are happy to receive substitutions, our friendly packers will provide you with a very similar alternative. If we can't provide a suitable substitution you will receive a refund. 

If you would prefer not to receive substitutions, you can simply advise us as part of your account registration.

What are the shipping costs?

Orders over $100 are delivered at no charge.  Otherwise there is a standard delivery rate of $14.00 across most suburbs of South East Queensland. 

Like to buy the same things each week?

You can easily create a shopping list of your regular items to make the whole process even easier. When you choose a product, click the love heart icon on the right hand side to add it to your favourites. Alternatively, within your account you can find a previous order and choose to reorder to automatically fill your basket with the same items. From there you can add or delete items as you need.

Want to organise an organic home delivery as a gift for someone else?

Great idea! You can either purchase a gift certificate or simply fill a basket and nominate an alternate address for delivery during the checkout process.
